Hello!  My name is Bianca Bombshell. I am a Mother, Model and Photographer at Salottino Home Studio, in Sooke BC.  For the past twelve years I have been working in the Fashion Industry as an Independent Professional Plus Size Lingerie Model for Global brands, based out of Vancouver Island.

 

Since I can remember, there was a camera in my hands. Always loved capturing photos my friends and loved ones. I just so happened to fall into Modeling by chance, after having my very own home photo shoots; using my images for Social Media, became a Published "PinUp" Cover Model, eventually working for top brands in the Industry such as Coquette, Exposed by Magic Silk, SLINK Jeans, Cherry Velvet, Sweetlegs, Secrets in Lace & Glamory Hosiery.  Having the opportunity to travel the world and meet amazing photographers, designers, creators and models from all walks of life, it truly is an amazing journey with so many great learning opportunities. The ultimate 'dream come true'

Why Boudoir Photography?  It helped me learn to love myself as I am by embracing my body and gaining confidence after seeing how others saw me.  Being a Plus Size woman I had fears about getting in front of the camera but after I did, I found myself transformed.  Learning to love your body, truly is something that can happen when you have a boudoir session, and I know this from my personal experience.  The goal now is to help other people; women and couples see the unique beauty they have, in this moment.  There is no need to change, you don't have to "act sexy"; just be YOU. 

 

During the photo shoot you will feel welcome, embraced and safe in an environment that celebrates your individuality.  My goal is to find your own individuality and beauty, from the point of view of the 'female gaze'

With a keen eye for detail, I see things as a Creative Director and am also empathetic as the Model; understanding of how it feels to be in your position, no matter what your experience level.  With great care I will take the time and attention it takes to capture the most captivating, timeless images as possible.  

 

Personally I know the power this kind of intimate photo session has for your mental health.  Doing a photo shoot of this nature has the power to help develop a special relationship with body, learning to love yourself from within as you are now in this moment.  No matter what your size, shape or confidence level we will work together to capture your own unique individual beauty.
